Rent By Mail costs $9.99/DVD for 30 days. This cost includes free, fast shipping both ways. Should you need to keep the DVD(s) for longer than 30 days, simply keep them and your account will be charged $9.99/DVD for another 30 days.

You can access your Rent By Mail Queue by logging into your account, then clicking "My Rent By Mail Queue" underneath the main navigation at the top of the page. You can also access your Rent By Mail Queue from your "My Account" page.
Simply login to your account, then click "My Rent By Mail Queue" under the main navigation at the top of the page. You can then click the "Move to Top" button by a video to adjust it to the top of your queue. You can also click the "X" to remove the video from your queue. Also available is a "Ship Immediately" button, given that the video is in stock and you do not have the maximum number of videos out.
If you damaged the sleeve, but the 5-digit number on the sleeve is still visible and the sleeve is not soiled, simple return the DVD with the damaged sleeve in the return box. We will replace the damaged sleeve.
If the sleeve is soiled with a liquid that will damage the DVD, please do not include the sleeve. If you can still read the 5-digit code, simply write this number on a note with your email address and return the DVD in the return box. We will replace the damaged sleeve.
If you lost the sleeve or the sleeve is not readable, simply return the DVD in the return box without the sleeve with a note in the box with the email address of your account. This will ensure proper credit to your account.

Yes, Goldstar Video sells DVDs directly from our rental library. You cannot directly purchase a DVD and must rent the DVD prior to purchase. Once you receive the video, simply login to your account, click "My Rent By Mail Queue", and click "Purchase" next to the video. You will be presented with the purchase price, which is in addition to any rental fees you've already paid. After the purchase is complete, you own the DVD and do not need to return it to Goldstar Video.
Goldstar Video provides postage-paid return boxes for shipping DVDs back. Just put the DVD or DVDs on the brown side of the mailer, close the sides, and seal it with the self-sealing tape. The Goldstar Video address should be visible on the outside of the mailer along with the postage.
