Disc 1) HOW TO BEAT A GRAPPLER,
The first part of the tape is the critical psychology. The second section is focused on how and why fights go to the ground and ways to keep the fight standing. The Emotional Climate Training formula is used in conjunction with basics of the S.P.E.A.R. System. The third sections focus is the ground fight and uses CWCT extensively.
Disc 2) ADVANCED STAND UP GRAPPLING & CQ
This video focuses on grips and the importance of hand strength. It covers escaping the suplex and a look at the shoulder-lock defense (way before Sakuraba popularized it). The tape also covers Slapping SPEAR drills and some live sparring.
